Your East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame was founded in 1996 and is now beginning its 28th year of existence, a truly amazing accomplishment!
 
Cecil Lear and Greg Noll’s vision continues to flourish with 177 Inducted Hall of Famers thus far and 11 more to enter in the Class of 2024.  With your help, the ECSHOF will continue in perpetuity.
 
In recent years the Board of Directors has improved our presentation with the design and implementation of a new interactive website, which we continue to update on a regular basis with more and more content thereby preserving our unique East Coast Surfing history for generations to come.  We have also increased social media engagement and launched a quarterly newsletter, Right Coast News, available to all Hall of Famers and the interested public by signing up. 
 
The Board’s vision is to continue to preserve the rich history of East Coast Surfing and those who made our coast truly special.  That vision also includes one day having a physical museum space that showcases the stories and educates future generations.
 
To succeed, we need your help.  As with most non-profit organizations, we survive on the philanthropy of supporters and members in order to continue this work, produce the ECSHOF Induction Ceremony every two years, and grow into the preeminent provider of East Coast Surfing history.
 
We are asking you to include the ECSHOF in your charitable contributions.  Any donation is appreciated and will help solidify and fund the continued growth of your Hall of Fame.  All donations of $250 and more will be recognized on the ECSHOF website and social media.
